Guidelines

* We love children so much! However, absolutely no children are allowed in karma Spa while treatments are being performed for the comfort of our guests and child safety. Please, no exceptions.

* karma Spa is a relaxation oasis. Please turn off cellular phones and paging devices upon check-in to insure that you and other guests receive a peaceful treatment. Street footwear must be removed before entering main spa.

* When entering the spa, please enter quietly as guests are receiving spa services.

* Reservations must be secured with a credit card. If you do not cancel your appointment within a 24 hour time frame, you will be charged the full price of your appointment.

* If you are 15 minutes or more late, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment as karma Spa prides itself on punctuality. If you choose to keep the appointment, you will be completed on time and charged full price. Arriving 15-20 minutes early is highly recommended.

* karma Spa therapists have the right to refuse service.

* We truly believe in good karma. Therefore, there are no expiration dates on gift certificates.

* karma Spa has spa tables that accommodate weight up to 500 pounds.

* If you become ill (cold, flu) we kindly ask you to reschedule your appointment with 24 hour notice so as to not make our therapists or other guests ill.

* A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all spa parties.

* karma Spa does not give refunds on services rendered. Products may be returned within 7 days for a full refund.

* If you are not completely satisfied with your spa experience, please contact our spa coordinator. We will do our best to make you a happy Buddha!

* Tours are NOT given in order to insure our guests receiving spa treatments are completely relaxed during their spa visit. An appointment must be made to enter the spa. Thank you for your gracious understanding.

The steam room and shower are complimentary with a 60 minute spa body or skin care service. Please let the spa coordinator know if you would like to use this amenity while booking your spa treatment.

* Valet parking is complimentary to karma spa guests spending $75.00 or more, Tuesday - Friday 10a.m.-5p.m.
